Kawaikapuokalani Hewett Day Hula Festival

"He Lei Aloha No Na Mele Hiwahiwa" was such an aloha-filled event celebrating our loea! As the title suggests, we were OF COURSE thrilled to make fresh lei to adorn ourselves for this special occasion. We felt blessed to present two of Lehua's famous mele, Ka Pilina and La'ieikawai. An extra treat was the leo nahenahe of Kumu 'Ula which accompanied many of the mele presented by our sister halau!
